Bonuses and Promotional Offers
4.1 Welcome Bonus
bmw offers a 150% bonus on the first deposit, up to ৳8,000. The wagering requirement for the bonus is 20 times the bonus amount. For example: a ৳1,000 deposit earns a ৳1,500 bonus, giving a total balance of ৳2,500; before withdrawing, you must complete ৳1,500 × 20 = ৳30,000 in wagering.
A bonus is not "free money" — it is a conditional promotional benefit. The bonus cannot be withdrawn unless the wagering requirement has been met.
4.2 Other Promotions
bmw's active promotional offers are listed below; specific terms apply to each:
- bmw Weekly Reload Reward: 30% bonus, up to ৳5,000; wagering 18x; minimum deposit ৳500.
- bmw Slot Festival Bonus: 50% bonus, up to ৳8,000; wagering 25x; slot games only.
- bmw Cricket Josh Offer: 40% bonus, up to ৳6,000; wagering 20x; cricket betting only.
- bmw Birthday Special Gift: up to ৳2,000; wagering 15x; once per year.
- bmw Refer a Friend Promotion: up to ৳3,000; wagering 10x; for each successful referral.
4.3 General Bonus Terms
The following general terms apply to all bonus offers:
- Each promotion can be claimed only once per user (unless separate terms state otherwise).
- Withdrawing while a bonus is active may result in the entire bonus being cancelled.
- bmw reserves the right to withdraw any bonus if fraud or misuse is suspected.
- Claiming bonuses from multiple accounts is strictly prohibited.
Betting and Gaming Rules
5.1 General Betting Rules
Once a bet is confirmed it cannot be changed or cancelled, unless the specific rules of the relevant event state otherwise. Minimum and maximum bet amounts may vary by game or event. If odds change, the odds at the time the bet was placed will apply.
5.2 Sports Betting
Specific rules apply to each event in sports betting. If a match or event is postponed or cancelled, bets will be settled according to the rules. In live betting, any disconnection is the user's responsibility.
5.3 Casino Games
bmw offers various games including slots, live casino, baccarat, roulette and Teen Patti. The RTP (Return to Player) for each game is set by the game software provider. If a technical error renders a game result invalid, bmw will refund the bet amount. The withdrawal process for a jackpot win will begin once the amount is confirmed.
5.4 Prohibited Activities
The following activities are strictly prohibited and may result in account closure:
- Using bots or automated software to place bets.
- Exploiting any vulnerability or bug in the game system.
- Coordinating with other users to guarantee a specific outcome.
- Following artificial betting patterns in order to obtain bonuses.
- Depositing funds into an account through fraudulent transactions.
VIP Programme and Cashback Policy
6.1 VIP Tiers and Benefits
bmw's VIP programme has four tiers: Bronze, Silver, Gold and Platinum. Each tier receives a weekly cashback calculated as a set percentage of that week's net loss (total losses minus total wins):
- Bronze: up to 0.2% weekly cashback
- Silver: up to 0.4% weekly cashback
- Gold: up to 0.6% weekly cashback
- Platinum: up to 0.8% weekly cashback
Example: a Gold tier member with a net loss of ৳20,000 in one week will receive ৳20,000 × 0.6% = ৳120 cashback.
6.2 Tier Changes
VIP tier is based on the user's activity and participation. Meeting the set criteria results in a promotion, and inactivity may cause a tier downgrade. VIP membership is non-transferable.
